1. Who we are
Middleeast.directory (the “Directory,” “we,” “us”) is owned and operated by Printshop4me FZE, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Printshop4me,” “the Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of middleeast.directory, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the site.
By accessing or using the Directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Directory.
2. What the Directory is
The Directory is an online business directory and information resource covering businesses and business-formation topics across the Middle East. It includes business listings, country and market guides, and related editorial content.
Guides and articles published on the Directory are general, editorial information. They are not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or investment advice, and requirements vary by country, sector, and individual circumstance. You should confirm anything important with the relevant official authority or a qualified professional before acting on it.
A business listing appearing on the Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that business by us, unless the listing is explicitly and separately marked as verified in accordance with a published verification standard.
3. Accounts
Certain features (submitting or claiming a listing, purchasing a listing package) require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, violates these Terms, or is used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
4. Listings and user-submitted content
If you submit, claim, or manage a business listing, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Directory and in connection with promoting the Directory.
We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing or submitted content at our discretion, including where we believe it is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or violates these Terms. A “claim” request grants access to manage a listing; it is not itself a verification of the underlying business.
Do not submit passwords, financial account details, or identity-document scans through listing, correction, or contact forms.
5. Listing packages and payments
Paid listing packages are offered on a subscription basis as described on the Directory at the time of purchase. Prices, included features, and durations may change; changes will not retroactively affect an active paid term. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit false, fraudulent, or misleading business information; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract Directory data other than through any officially provided export or API; (c) use the Directory to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to circumvent security, verification, or access controls; (e) impersonate another person or business; or (f) use the Directory in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Directory’s design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software are owned by or licensed to Printshop4me FZE and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Directory’s content except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks, business names, and logos appearing in listings remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party links and sources
The Directory may link to government portals, official authorities, and other third-party websites for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites. Links to official sources are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement by those authorities of the Directory.
9. Disclaimers
The Directory and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that listing information is complete, current, or error-free, or that the Directory will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Printshop4me FZE and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Directory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printshop4me FZE from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Directory, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Directory, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Directory, or third parties. You may stop using the Directory and, where applicable, request deletion of your account at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Directory will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise for a specific user.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Directory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
