The 93rd UFI Global Congress 2026 is an international B2B gathering for the exhibition and business-events industry, taking place from 2 to 5 November 2026 at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir. Organised by UFI, it brings exhibition-industry leaders from international markets together for professional learning and networking.
Participants come from exhibition organising companies, exhibition and convention venues, event suppliers, service providers, technology businesses and industry consultancies. Unlike a traditional trade show, the Congress is primarily built around conference sessions, professional discussions and networking rather than exhibitor stands.
The event is relevant to CEOs, directors, venue executives, exhibition organisers, event strategists, operations leaders, consultants and senior-to-mid-level professionals working across the global exhibitions and MICE sector. Attendance is reserved for eligible industry members and professionals.
Delegates can attend expert sessions, explore industry trends, exchange best practices and develop international business relationships. The programme includes breakout discussions, networking sessions, receptions and opportunities to connect with decision-makers from the worldwide exhibitions community.
